Blue Stacks runs Android OS and apps on Windows PCs with instant switch between Android and Windows – no reboot is required. End consumers can now enjoy their favorite Android apps on Windows PCs. Android apps can appear either as icons on the Windows desktop, or within a full-blown Android environment                                                                                   Blue Stack would be arriving Q3 this year, and you could sign up as an Alpha tester as well, if you’re brave enough. It can run on any x86desktop, notebook, or tablet running Microsoft Windows. And one more thing, Blue Stack will be powering the Viewsonic Viewpad 10 Pro, that would run both Windows 7 and Android via Blue Stack
